We're seeking a highly organized, self-driven Technology Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives supporting our Protective Services organization. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of technology programs, guiding projects from initial planning and scope definition through implementation, execution, and successful transition to ongoing operations. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business and technology teams to drive meaningful outcomes, ensure alignment, and deliver innovative solutions that support our evolving business needs.
What You'll Do
Lead complex technology programs from concept through deployment and operational handoff. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and achieve business objectives. Establish and maintain strong program governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making. Deliver executive-ready status reporting, dashboards, financial tracking, milestone updates, and risk management communications. Proactively identify, manage, and escalate issues that could impact scope, schedule, budget, risk, or business outcomes. Leverage project management, collaboration, financial tracking, and reporting tools to provide accurate delivery insights and support data-driven decisions. Foster strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills. A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively. Experience within Corporate Real Estate (CRE) or Protective Services environments is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
