Senior Vice President, Client Integration

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Client Enablement team. This role is located in London. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: · Lead end-to-end client onboarding and integration projects, acting as the primary technical contact from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, migration and production support. · Provide technical consultancy across APIs, Data Shares, file-based interfaces, corporate actions, order and trade management and investor and account onboarding. · Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Operations, Asset Servicing, Data and Relationship Management teams, managing project plans, risks, dependencies, defects and client communications. · Create and maintain high-quality implementation guidance and client-facing technical materials, while identifying opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, automation and the overall client experience. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: · Significant experience in financial services, wealth management, custody or platform businesses, with proven delivery of technical client onboarding or integration projects. · Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies, including APIs, data feeds, SFTP, XML, JSON, and event and batch-based interfaces. · Demonstrated ability to work directly with external clients and senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships and translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. · Strong project management, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities, risks and dependencies through to successful go-live. · Knowledge of wealth management platforms is desirable, alongside experience of Snowflake, order processing, portfolio management, corporate actions, settlements, custody or regulatory reporting. groups/Females/Individuals with Disabilities/Protected Veterans
