Job Description Summary: The Finance and Accounting Intern role is an entry level position in the Ingredient Solutions Group that will be participating in various activities that can include monthly close, reporting, forecasting, annual budgets (AOP), industry research, and ad hoc requests along with other development opportunities. All of the above activities are performed with an ownership mindset in a team environment demonstrating close collaboration within the Finance & Accounting teams and with cross-functional partners. This is a year-round paid internship located at our Springdale office.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Incoming junior, senior, or graduate student with at least one year of school remaining. Finance or Accounting major preferred.
Experience
Previous work experience preferred; experience related to the internship function is strongly preferred (e.g., exposure to industry‑standard tools, systems, or workflows). Communication & Professional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly. Professional, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional partners. Demonstrated reliability, responsiveness to feedback, and strong attention to detail. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong computer proficiency, including Excel; familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Power BI experience is a plus. Ability to learn new technologies or discipline‑relevant systems quickly. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Work Behaviors: Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Work Hours: Available for 40 hours per week in summer; up to 20 hours per week during school year. Application Requirements: Resume must include expected graduation date and major/area of study.
