The Product Manager will support go-to-market readiness for UnitedHealthcare's Medicare Advantage and Part D products, helping ensure plan strategy and benefit changes are accurately reflected across marketing, agent, and member-facing materials. This role executes project-based work across the annual readiness cycle - reviewing content for accuracy, supporting cross-functional coordination, and helping translate approved product direction into clear, consistent execution. The role carries some exposure to Part D / pharmacy benefit readiness as one of several product areas supported, alongside broader Medicare Advantage go-to-market work. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
Review marketing, agent, and field training materials for accuracy and alignment with approved product strategy and benefit changes ahead of the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and throughout the plan year Support execution of annual go-to-market readiness deliverables, including key messaging documents, executive presentations, and content for national sales meetings and distribution conferences, under the direction of senior product strategy leads Coordinate with cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, compliance, and digital teams to track open questions, gather feedback, and help ensure materials are reviewed and finalized on schedule Assist with Part D and pharmacy benefit readiness activities as one of several assigned product areas, including reviewing benefit change communications for clarity and consistency Help identify inconsistencies, gaps, or potential risk areas in messaging or materials, and escalate to senior team members with clear, organized documentation Support recurring readiness meetings and forums by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on outstanding deliverables Take on ad hoc projects and analysis as priorities shift across the annual readiness cycle, adapting quickly to new or evolving assignments You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Medicare product, marketing, sales, or a related go-to-market role Demonstrated ability to review content for accuracy and consistency against source materials or approved messaging Proven solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Proven solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and flag issues clearly for others Proven comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting marketing, agent, or member-facing content review or approval processes Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, digital, compliance) to drive a deliverable to completion Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and/or Part D products and the annual plan year cycle Exposure to CMS regulatory or compliance requirements as they apply to product messaging Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility
