A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Conducts strategic supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops and implements models, strategies and/or processes to optimize the supply chain function. Conducts and/or manages strategic supply chain analysis. Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers. Sources, orders, supplies and delivers competitively priced raw materials, component parts and/or finished goods. Develops plans related to volume and demand. Takes responsibility for master scheduling, buyer analyses, order management, production scheduling, marketing logistics, customer fulfillment, and inventory management. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes to improve the business. Conducts strategic supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment. Partner with Global and Regional Demand Planners to understand market intel & demand shaping. May partner with global/regional finance and marketing to enhance the forecast. Gather intel regarding market behaviors, growth, specific tenders, PIPO and SKU rationalization programs to shape the statistical forecast and/or understand consensus forecasts. Build a product knowledge to input learnings on our analysis. Establish targets based on segmentation, forecastability, bias reduction, and intel-add opportunities & monitor progress. Identify forecast improvement areas and develop plans to achieve KPI metrics. Monitor and maintain Product Master Data in the planning system to ensure data quality for KPI'S calculations. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain. Develops and implement models, strategies, and processes to optimize the supply chain function.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering or related. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree. Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills with good articulation of Supply Chain concepts. Intermediate knowledge of statistical forecasting, data analytics and Excel. Experience in Demand, Supply or Distribution Planning. Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning. High level of integrity and accountability, curiosity and inquisitiveness Strong understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related End to End Supply Chain concepts Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and deliver concise updates to various stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate globally and cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or certification Power BI, Blue Yonder, Lean Six Sigma, APICS are desired.
