The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. This role provides senior leadership across foreign exchange (FX) operations, production finance, and financial technology enablement supporting DePuy Synthes manufacturing and supply chain activities. The Sr. Manager will drive operational excellence, risk management, and digital finance solutions that improve visibility, control, and scalability across production environments. This is a high‑impact role partnering closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Global Supply Chain leaders to enable data‑driven decisions and resilient financial processes.

Lead FX production finance activities, including exposure identification, forecasting, and execution support aligned with manufacturing and supply chain operations. Oversee financial technology solutions that support production finance, FX processes, and reporting accuracy across plant operations. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to integrate FX considerations into production planning, cost management, and inventory strategies. Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes supporting manufacturing and plant performance. Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across FX and production‑related financial activities. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration across Finance, IT, and Operations. Provide senior‑level financial insights, dashboards, and analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Support enterprise initiatives related to digital finance transformation and system implementations impacting production finance.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Preferred: MBA
