Senior Sales Area Manager (m/f/d) - Southwest Germany

The Senior Sales Area Manager (SAM) is a high-impact, results-driven individual contributor responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding customer reach, and creating new business opportunities across Southwest Germany. This role owns the development and execution of a territory growth strategy focused on increasing pipeline, winning new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving measurable business outcomes. The SAM works closely with customers, distributors, solution & integration partners, business units, marketing, and technical resources to maximize market coverage and commercial success. The successful candidate combines strong business acumen with technical credibility and excels at translating territory intelligence into focused execution and business results. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
