Senior Manager, People Operations Program Management
About Rubrik
Rubrik is on a mission to secure the world’s data. Our People Experience & Operations (PXO) team is building the Invisible Engine—a tech-forward, scalable HR operations function designed to deliver a frictionless employee experience. As our HR Business Partners focus on strategic business growth, PXO provides the core infrastructure, standardized workflows, and modern technologies that keep our global team moving fast.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations Program Management to lead our global HR transformation roadmap and program portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations, this is a purpose-built role that connects dots across the broader People function (HRBPs, COEs, PXO, and People Tech). You will serve as the strategic program lead orchestrating major operational initiatives—from modernizing HR service delivery and case routing to leading AI-assisted workflow rollouts and cross-functional change management.
Functional leads own day-to-day operations; you own the overall program roadmap, project intake, sequencing, change strategy, and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Governance & Program Roadmap
• Own the PXO transformation roadmap: manage program intake, evaluate cross-functional dependencies, and balance team capacity across global priorities.
• Operationalize support tiers and service-level routing between HR Business Partners, People Operations, and self-service portals.
2. HR Service Delivery & System Rollouts
• Drive People Support Reimagined programs and global HR service delivery to completion across ticketing systems (Jira/JSM), email-to-case, and multi-tier support models.
• Partner with HR technology and knowledge management leads to streamline employee support channels into a single, intuitive entry point.
3. AI Enablement & Workflow Automation
• Program manage AI and automation use cases across People Operations in close partnership with AI4HR, HR Tech, IT, Legal, and Privacy teams.
• Embed human-in-the-loop guardrails into AI rollouts to ensure AI safely enhances retrieval, drafting, and workflow automation.
4. Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment
• Lead change management strategy, enablement programs, and adoption metrics for new HR tools and operating model shifts.
• Align stakeholders across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and IT through clear governance, communication rhythms, and executive updates.
What You'll Bring
• Experience: 8–10+ years leading cross-functional HR programs, HR service delivery, or large-scale HR operations initiatives in global tech environments.
• Program & Portfolio Management: Proven track record managing multi-stream roadmaps, project intake, sequencing, and cross-functional trade-offs.
• HR Tech & Case Management: Familiarity with enterprise HR ecosystems (Workday, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or similar tools).
• Change Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive alignment across HR, Legal, IT, and business leadership.
• Process & AI Awareness: Pragmatic understanding of operational workflows, continuous improvement, and how AI/automation tools enhance HR service delivery.
• Behavioral Competencies: Strong capability in influence without authority, systems
