Where You’ll Make a Difference • Own and monitor the performance of the Biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure stable operation and environmental compliance. • Optimize key treatment processes, including aeration, chemical dosing, and sludge management. • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for day-to-day operations and process upsets. • Analyze process performance data and identify opportunities to enhance treatment efficiency. • Manage sampling programs and execute compliance monitoring activities. • Contribute to environmental audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory inspections. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational changes through Management of Change (MOC) processes • Partner with site teams to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. What Makes You the Right Fit • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience working with industrial wastewater, biological treatment, or effluent treatment processes. • Strong knowledge of process optimization and operational troubleshooting. • Ability to analyze process and compliance data to support decision-making. • Knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and compliance standards. • Experience supporting audits, inspections, and environmental reporting activities. • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across operational teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and process data management tools.
