Site Supervision & Compliance Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications, and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and report deviations or issues to the Resident Engineer. Verify contractor compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of issues. Participate in technical and progress meetings and document outcomes. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of daily construction activities, including inspection reports, labor logs, and progress updates. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project tracking and quality assurance. Quality Assurance & Safety Ensure all construction work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on safety compliance in coordination with HSE staff. Support QA/QC activities including inspection and testing as per the project’s quality plan. Technical Support Review shop drawings, RFIs, ITPs, and material submittals. Assist in constructability reviews and provide feedback on design documents.
