Standard Job Description 
 Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data. Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies. Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs. Serves as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representative. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (JAFAN/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations. Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials. Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners. Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings. The F-35 Program Security Representative Sr. is a critical intermediate level position located at MCAS Beaufort SC. As a Senior Security Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts of the F-35 program. This position will involve leading the Accountability or Media Custodian focus area.  The designated SAP Media Custodian is responsible for the receipt, control, issuance, tracking, and destruction of all classified media (hard drives, CDs, USBs, etc.) in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 control and accountability procedures. Maintain custodian records, enforced separation of duties and conduct media inventories.  This position will primarily be assigned to First Shift.  On occasion, incumbents will be required to work first‑ or second‑shift assignments and adhere to non‑standard schedules that differ from the primary shift for which they were hired and could include weekends due to mission requirements. Additionally, occasional business travel—including deployment and detachment support in demanding or austere environments—may be mandated to sustain F‑35 security operations outside MCAS Beaufort SC. May be required to work at deployed locations, work rotating shifts, and work in excess of 40 hours per week.  Basic Qualifications 
 Final transferable SECRET clearance with closed investigation date within 5 years or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program with the ability to maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI if/when mission requirements dictate. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP’s) Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).  In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.7 and Volume 4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.  Experience working on Special Access Programs.   Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified
