Project Specialist (2H), Electric Operations, PMO - Programs & Project Planning

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a centralized department, established to provide project and program management services to the Electric Operations organization. The Electric Operations Program & Project Planning group (PPP) is seeking an energetic and analytical candidate to join the team. The Project Specialist (2H) under supervision will forecast capability and align the regions scheduling, funding, engineering design and workforce forecasts which includes extensive analysis to forecast work supply and demand vs. resource constraints, to track towards programmatic goals, to maintain and validate work inventories across programs and projects, and to work with other departments, including Financial Planning & Analysis and Engineering, to create ongoing prospective unit-based estimates. The selected candidate will leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI, Oracle BI, and WMS to identify business trends, model performance-based metrics, and communicate work-plan adherence to stakeholders. Minimum of three years full time work experience is required. The selected applicant may be assigned to support the other regions within the Companys service territory, as needed. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
