Key Responsibilities - Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers. - Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor. - Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement. - Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers. - Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts. Qualifications 
 Basic Qualifications - Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. - Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. - Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview. Preferred Qualifications - Previous retail or beauty industry experience. - Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.
