As an Performance Risk Associate in the Investment Performance Analytics team, you support high-quality performance reporting and analytics while helping deliver a strategic platform transformation. You coordinate end-to-end change activities, from requirements and impact assessment through testing, rollout readiness, and stabilization. You partner across Investments, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Client-facing teams to align scope, timelines, and outcomes. You bring strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and a control-minded approach to improve reporting quality and operational resilience. Our team sits at the intersection of investment data, reporting methodologies, and stakeholder communication. You will help ensure reporting outputs are clear, consistent, and well-governed while we evolve processes, tooling, and controls. Job responsibilities
Own recurring performance reporting and ad hoc analytics across portfolios and products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clear narrative Lead change initiatives such as process redesign, automation, data enhancements, new report builds, and control improvements from requirements through stabilization Coordinate requirements gathering, impact assessments, process design, and control design to support platform and workflow improvements Build test plans, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing to validate calculations, data quality, and reporting outputs Manage rollout readiness activities, including runbooks, stakeholder communications, and issue tracking through early-life support Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholder questions and escalations, driving timely resolution across dependent teams Translate business needs into clear specifications in partnership with Product, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders Align definitions, methodologies, and governance across teams to improve consistency and reduce operational risk Maintain documentation for methodologies, operating procedures, data definitions, and controls, and support training and knowledge sharing Monitor industry and client reporting expectations and recommend improvements to reporting outputs and stakeholder communication Participate in stakeholder meetings as needed, supporting service reviews, reporting walkthroughs, and due diligence requests Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in investment performance reporting, market risk reporting, investment reporting, fund reporting, or client reporting Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, controlled reporting outputs under time-sensitive deadlines Proven project or change delivery experience including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, testing support, and implementation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with large datasets to identify drivers, issues, and solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders Working knowledge of financial instruments and portfolio concepts such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, exposures, and attribution concepts Experience using investment data and reporting tools (for example, Bloomberg, FactSet, and data or query tools) Ability to manage multiple priorities across recurring deliverables
