Sr. Data Analyst, MRD & Oncology Diagnostics

Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

As we expand our offerings in Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing and early cancer detection, we are looking for a passionate Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. The Sr.Data Analyst will play a critical role in unlocking the value of complex genomic, clinical, and operational data. This role will work cross-functionally alongside Laboratory and Clinical Operations, R&D, and Bioinformatics to drive data-informed decisions that support the scaling and optimization of our MRD assays. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of laboratory data workflows, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through precision oncology.
