This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Lakeside campus in Maryland Heights, MO (2291 Ball Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63146).

Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include: Customer & Group Support

Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics

Operational Oversight

Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions Assist with processing transactions throughout the month Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents

Collaboration & Relationship Management

Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience
