Overview: The Director, Digital Enablement & Activation will play a critical role in scaling Coca-Cola’s digital foodservice capabilities across North America by translating strategy into clear, actionable execution for customer teams and external partners. This is an execution-oriented leadership role designed to accelerate customer adoption, activation quality, and scalable growth impact. A significant responsibility of this role will also include leading executional coordination for third-party digital campaigns - serving as a key connector between Coca-Cola’s digital capabilities organization, platform partnership teams, and customer activation efforts. This role will help ensure strategic priorities are translated into effective market execution through better alignment, clearer processes, and scalable enablement resources. The position will serve as a critical bridge across customer teams, digital partnerships, commercial strategy, and external industry engagement - helping strengthen organizational capability while improving activation speed, consistency, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver scalable tools, resources, playbooks, and training materials that enable customer teams to activate digital capabilities Create clear communication frameworks that simplify digital strategy and translate priorities into actionable execution guidance Partner closely with digital partnerships, customer teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and activation Lead coordination and execution support for third-party digital campaigns across key platforms and customers Serve as the connective link between Coca-Cola’s digital capabilities organization and activation teams to improve execution and scalability Identify capability gaps across customer teams and design enablement approaches that accelerate adoption and execution consistency Support external engagement and industry enablement efforts in partnership with PACS and industry leadership teams Help elevate Coca-Cola’s digital foodservice narrative through selective industry forums, partnerships, and customer ecosystem engagement Translate emerging digital trends and capabilities into practical use cases and scalable business applications Support development of standardized operating models, activation workflows, and best practices that improve organizational effectiveness Qualifications: 7–10+ years of experience across digital marketing, customer enablement, commercial capability, foodservice marketing, or related fields Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, customer activation, and commercial execution Experience building training programs, capability frameworks, or scalable enablement resources Ability to manage cross-functional projects across matrixed organizations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating campaigns or activation programs across internal and external partners Ability to translate strategy into practical execution Industry engagement or thought leadership experience preferred, though not required as primary expertise Leadership Expectations: Practical and execution-oriented Strong collaborator and connector Simplifies complexity into actionable guidance Customer-centric and commercially focused Highly organized and operationally effective Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution support Success Measures: Increased customer team adoption of digital tools and capabilities Improved consistency and quality of digital activation execution Faster activation timelines and operational alignment across teams Stronger connectivity between digital strategy and customer execution Successful delivery and coordination of third-party campaigns Expanded utilization of training resources and enablement programs Positive external engagement and industry visibility outcomes The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship
