Transportation Clerk - Weekends Position Summary The Visitor Center Clerk provides welcoming, accurate, and efficient service to visitors. This role supports daily transportation operations by answering questions, processing manifest, and materials, and ensuring driver/guest have a positive experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet drivers professionally and provide information about facilities, services, enter and scan all paperwork accurately. Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries; direct drivers to appropriate locations or staff. Keep the visitor center clean, organized, stocked, and visitor-ready. Data entry, recordkeeping, filing, Yard Audits, and basic administrative tasks. Address driver/visitor concerns courteously and escalate complex issues when needed. Follow all safety, security, customer-service, and confidentiality policies.
