Indirect Purchasing Analyst Are you passionate about supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and driving operational efficiency? We are looking for an Indirect Purchasing Analyst to support our procurement strategy by managing indirect spend categories, optimizing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities across the business. Key Responsibilities
Manage indirect procurement activities nationwide while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Administer and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders through SAP. Evaluate and select suppliers through competitive sourcing and comparative analyses of cost, quality, and service. Monitor and follow up on pending requisitions and open purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Track supplier performance and compliance with delivery, receiving, invoicing, and internal procurement processes. Identify supplier consolidation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen strategic partnerships. Support capital expenditure (CapEx) and fixed asset projects, including supplier evaluation and selection. Research, identify, and develop new supplier relationships and sourcing opportunities. Partner closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, providing procurement expertise and exceptional customer service. Prepare purchasing reports, spend analyses, and performance metrics. Analyze supplier proposals and lead negotiations to maximize value and achieve cost savings.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in indirect materials and services purchasing. SAP experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Intermediate English preferred.
