This role is accountable for leading integrated delivery across India & APAC , spanning managed services and consult-led transformation programmes across the full client lifecycle — from contract signature to relationship closure. Total cost managed would be appro 700 mil USD. Key Accountabilities End-to-End Delivery Leadership Own delivery outcomes across run and change portfolios, ensuring seamless integration and execution across multiple markets (India, ASEAN, ANZ, North Asia, etc.). Service Stability & Performance Ensure resilience and stability of the operating environment. Own service delivery quality objectives, including SLA adherence, standardised delivery models, and continuous operating efficiency improvements. Integrated Governance & Control Establish and lead a single, integrated governance framework across all India & APAC delivery (managed + consult). Drive portfolio-level visibility, risk management, and performance control. Delivery Transformation & Innovation Evolve advanced delivery methodologies leveraging global delivery centers and collaborative hubs . Embed innovation to enhance performance, productivity, and client satisfaction. Standardisation & Operating Excellence Drive consistency, standardised service delivery models, and operational efficiency across markets. Build joint standards, methodologies, and best practices across managed services and programmes delivery. Continuous Improvement Embed a culture of continuous service improvement across all accounts and transformation programmes. Ensure structured improvement roadmaps tied to business outcomes. Financial & Commercial Discipline Drive spend optimization, delivery synergies, and margin improvement across run and change portfolios. Enable integrated customer proposals combining managed services and transformation solutions. Major Incident & Risk Leadership Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Strengthen delivery resilience and risk mitigation frameworks. Strategic Integration Across Ecosystem Act as the strategic interface between managed services, consult delivery, global delivery, and global practices . Ensure alignment of standards, tools, capabilities, and delivery practices. Leadership & Capability Building Provide strong leadership across all India & APAC delivery teams. Dotted-line oversight of Delivery Partners / Pod Leaders and programme leaders; direct accountability for regional delivery operations teams. Set and monitor consistent performance standards across markets. Drive capability-building, skills transformation, and leadership development aligned to future delivery needs.

Extensive experience leading both managed services delivery and large-scale transformation programmes , including planning, shaping, solutioning, and executing complex technology transformations. Proven track record in run–transform–run delivery model , managing both steady-state services and transformation initiatives in parallel. Strong understanding of: High-value contract delivery Transformation governance Programme recovery and turnaround Demonstrated success in improving delivery performance and transformation outcomes at scale . Experience working across consulting and managed services environments , ideally in a global delivery model.
