The team serves as the bridge between local business needs and global IT platforms, ensuring employees can work productively through effective support, infrastructure operations, and technology-enabled solutions. In addition to the gross monthly salary, the salary for this position (full-time) consists of various special payments. Depending on your experience, you can expect an annual starting salary of between 92.169 and 138.24 EUR in this position. Your Responsibilities:
Lead onsite infrastructure support services, including compute devices, printers, scanners, conference room technology, and other end-user infrastructure Prioritize and manage infrastructure projects, service requests, and operational activities based on business value, customer impact, service commitments, and operational risk Provide technical guidance and local coordination for infrastructure deployment, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement initiatives Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, enterprise IT teams, product teams, vendors, and management to ensure effective communication and service delivery Own and enhance local infrastructure service delivery, driving operational performance, service metrics, customer satisfaction, and adoption of standardized solutions and automation Coordinate location-specific initiatives in partnership with local and global IT teams, product teams and Business Capability Areas Collect and translate business requirements through interviews, workshops, document analysis and workflow review
What Skills You Need
Minimum 3 year of experience in a business or industry environment, supporting business or technology implementation programs and working with IT infrastructure, including networks, desktop environments, scanners, and printers Fluent English and German language skills Subject matter expertise with appropriate business processes, mainly in the parts warehouse environment Strong understanding of technical terms, processes and practices for products within scope Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value, customer impact and operational improvement opportunities Customer-focused communication style with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners
