About this role

Are you ready to lead strategic recruiting initiatives and build impactful relationships to shape the future of early careers talent at JPMorganChase? As a Corporate Functions Campus Recruiter in the Early Careers team, you are responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse analyst talent across Corporate Functions in North America with a primary focus on hiring for the Human Resources Analyst Development Program and Marketing Leadership Development Program. Serving as the subject matter expert in the field of junior recruitment this role will bring a coordinated approach to the way we attract, select and develop talent.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process end-to-end and formulate an effective recruiting strategy through partnerships with business stakeholders and the broader Early Careers team Build and own key relationships with business leaders, program management and other stakeholders to provide visibility on recruiting activity and collaborate on engagement plans Partner internally with other areas of the organization – including Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience that promotes JPMorganChase as an employer of choice Own and execute any Corporate Function specific initiatives, location based or diversity activity as required Build and maintain relationships with universities and external stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of an effective events plan for any in-person and/or virtual activity Partner closely with the Early Careers Operations team to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience in line with all appropriate recruiting risk and controls Actively manage all candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner including candidate progression, candidate review, Superday management, offer communications etc. Utilize data and reporting to identify improvements to existing processes, provide key metrics to stakeholders with a focus on return and outcomes and actively manage and track budgets Plan and execute a comprehensive summer internship experience in partnership with business stakeholders and the Early Careers team, including orientation programming, skills training sessions, senior speaker events, networking socials, and other engagement activities designed to develop intern talent and drive full-time conversion outcomes Champion responsible AI adoption within early careers recruiting, ensuring appropriate governance, accuracy checks, and a human-in-the-loop approach. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 3+ years of recruiting experience Ability to work in a team in addition to working independently Strong organizational, planning, time-management skills and the ability to multi-task Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills Project management experience: demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders Effective influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships Proven attention to detail with excellent communication skills: verbally and written Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Travel required during peak season Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Early Careers recruiting experience in high volume Work experience within global Financial Services Experience with candidate sourcing platforms e.g. Handshake, LinkedIn etc.
