Job Description We are hiring a Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) Business Partner based in either Sydney or Melbourne , to support our business leaders and their teams, across office and field environments on complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure and consulting projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to build a proactive SH&E culture, and translate strategy into practical outcomes while collaborating across our Australia–New Zealand (ANZ) network. Job Description • Partner with leaders to drive a proactive SH&E culture and provide pragmatic, commercially savvy advice. • Collegiately develop, consult and implement SH&E programs and initiatives, embedding them into project planning and delivery. • Lead risk management activities relevant to business lines, including audit and assurance programs, and support incident investigations to identify continuous improvements opportunities. • Monitor performance trends and convert insights into actionable plans for continuous improvement. • Champion psychosocial risk management and mental health initiatives, building strong relationships and being a part of the ANZ SHE Team network. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
