What are we looking for in you?
5–8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering Strong hands-on expertise with:
Microsoft Fabric / Azure data ecosystem (or similar modern data platforms) Python, PySpark, and SQL Notebook-based development (clean, modular, production-ready code)
Deep understanding of
Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) Data modeling (star schema, dimensional modeling) Data pipeline design and optimization
Experience working with large-scale, high-volume data environments Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable data solutions Comfort operating in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment with high ownership
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP or ERP data integration Exposure to Power BI or semantic modeling layers Familiarity with data orchestration and workflow automation Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools for code generation or optimization Understanding of data governance, lineage, and access control frameworks Senior Fabric Data Engineer
About the Role We are building a modern, enterprise-scale data platform on Microsoft Fabric and are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to drive the design and delivery of robust, scalable data pipelines. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will own the end-to-end data engineering lifecycle—from ingestion to transformation to serving—while applying medallion architecture principles (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to enable trusted, high-quality data for analytics and AI. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering discipline and modern productivity—leveraging notebooks, automation, and emerging low-code/AI-assisted capabilities to accelerate delivery without compromising governance.
