Key Responsibilities
Material Resources Planning (MRP) -- Maintain SAP Production Order releases that provides material on-time to manufacturing and engineering. Reschedule and/or adjusts the material requirements of Production Orders to maintain alignment with production commits and ensure compliance with BOM requirements. Increase material availability at time of PO release by performing pre-shortage analysis. Perform work order variance analysis. Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy of information. Collaborate with MFG and ENG to solve material problems for assemblies in WIP. Attend production meetings and provide status on material shortage commit dates. Inventory Control – Manage inventory in a sloc to ensure compliance with velocity requirements. Process Control – Follow BKM and QMS documentation around material allocation, DMR/MRB material replacement and RTS processes. Functional Knowledge Demonstrate expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broaden capabilities Business Expertise Understand key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work Leadership No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Problem Solving Solve problems in straightforward situations; analyze possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Impact Impact quality of own work and the work of others on the team; work within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: No Relocation Eligible: No The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
