In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you’ll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep the threats at bay.   THE WORK  The scope of this effort encompasses tasks that provide USCYBERCOM with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.  The anticipated award of this effort is Fall 2026.

As a Program Support Specialist Journeyman you will provide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with the following core disciplines: Cyberspace Operations, Cyberspace Planning, Cyberspace Training and Exercises, Strategy / Policy / Doctrine Development and Campaign, Assessments, Information Technology (IT) / Communications, Business Area Support and Project Management Engagement Activities. You will provide the customer with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Basic Qualifications 
 •    High School Diploma w/13 years of relevant experience is required OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline from an accredited college or university w/10 years of relevant experience is required OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline from an accredited college or university w/8 years of relevant experience is required. •    Experience coordinating program activities across multiple teams and stakeholders while developing and maintaining detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables. •    Experience analyzing program data to identify trends, risks, and performance issues, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and supporting mitigation efforts. •    Experience preparing
