FIX Onboarder

Overview Susquehanna is looking for a FIX Onboarding Engineer to join our FIX Connectivity and Order Routing team. In this role you will help us grow our client-facing businesses by working with our engineers and external parties to onboard new broker systems. The successful candidate should have a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering FIX connections from design and deployment to pilot trades and production.

A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline Comfortable working in a Linux environment and experienced with Bash scripting Knowledgeable and experienced with FIX connectivity and protocols, order routing and management systems, and integrating with OMS providers Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, coordinating and managing requirements across multiple stakeholders, and strong communication skills
