The opportunity EY Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) is seeking a Riyadh-based AM/ Manager to support the growth of our sustainability practice, with a particular focus on Energy and Industrials. The role is suited to a commercially minded sustainability professional who can combine technical understanding with a strategic consulting approach, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial drive to build client relationships and develop new opportunities. You will work across a range of sustainability themes, helping clients understand complex challenges, shape practical solutions, and translate emerging needs into well-defined projects. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to client delivery, business development, thought leadership, and team building in a fast-growing market. Your key responsibilities
Apply structured problem-solving to define client issues, develop hypotheses, analyse information, and design practical, value-focused solutions.
Manage workstreams across multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs, timely delivery, and effective coordination with senior team members.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to senior-level discussions across the Energy and Industrials sectors.
Develop clear, persuasive presentations, proposals, reports, executive summaries, and other client-ready materials.
Identify and shape business development opportunities by seeding relevant ideas, understanding client priorities, and helping convert opportunities into projects.
Contribute to proposals, pitches, account planning, market scans, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives.
Advise clients across multiple sustainability topics, which may include climate strategy, ESG, decarbonisation, circular economy, waste management, water stewardship, sustainable supply chains, and sustainability reporting.
Support work related to climate risk and disclosure, including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, where relevant to the engagement.
Contribute to the development of EY methodologies, tools, knowledge assets, and market-facing propositions.
Support the growth of a high-performing team through coaching, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and active contribution to a positive team culture.

To qualify for the role
An undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline such as engineering, environmental science, sustainability, economics, business, public policy, or a related field. An MSc, MBA, or other advanced degree is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, climate change, ESG, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience across multiple
