We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. In this role you will work closely with the General Counsel in the corporate legal function, with a primary focus on M&A, strategic investments, financings, global expansion and overall public readiness. This role will work closely with Finance, People, and other teams around acquisition structure and post-acquisition integration, the company's fundraising and equity programs. Additionally, you will assist with designing the processes, agreements, frameworks and ways the broader team and business approach transactional and governance matters.

Legal lead for acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions through the full lifecycle, including post-closing integration and structure. Serve as the primary legal partner to Finance and Operations on deal strategy and execution, giving clear recommendations to key stakeholders. Support the company's fundraising, including diligence, financing documents, side letters, investor rights, and coordination with outside counsel across a compressed timeline. Partner with Finance and People on ElevenLabs' equity programs, including option and RSU grants, plan amendments, cap table hygiene, 409A process, and secondaries and tender offers.
