Staff Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager for QuickBooks Bill Pay , you will own the strategy and execution for a core pillar of QuickBooks’ money movement ecosystem: one of Intuit’s highest growth and engagement areas. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will work across teams and product surfaces to define long-term vision, identify new opportunities, and deliver step-change improvements in how small businesses manage and move their money.

Identify and quantify market opportunities through deep customer insight, data analysis, and competitive intelligence Define and drive a cohesive product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons (near-, mid-, and long-term) Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning systems, teams, and business units Influence company-wide priorities and align product, business, and technical strategies Build scalable frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle - from ideation through launch and continuous iteration Qualifications 8-12+ years of product management experience , with a proven track record of owning and scaling complex products Demonstrated success defining and executing multi-year product strategies with clear business impact Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams Strong product sense and deep customer empathy Passion for AI and its ability to drive value for users and redefine the role of the PM Deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics Fintech / Payments experience (a plus) Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
