Team/Role Overview: The Employee Relations Analyst is responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Investigator and in coordination with the Employee Relations team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies, programs and enhancements to maintain and increase employee engagement.
