Perform all incidental and relevant administrative tasks under direction Organize, distribute and archive information and correspondence Coordinate and organize meetings Acting as an internal point of contact for departmental matters Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other documents Translating documents Supporting the creation and/or compilation of presentations Maintaining and updating the team SharePoint (if applicable)

Franchise merch team Franchise partner manager and district manager Marketing team SCM teams / order fulfilment team Smart supply team Retail allocation & planning teams

Strong communication and interpersonal connection skills Process oriented and open mindset High level knowledge of MS office (excel) High level of integrity and trustworthiness Very good written and spoken German and English skills Interest in sports

Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period) Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
