KBR’s Sustainable Technology division is seeking a strategic and customer-focused leader for within the Technology Technical Services group. This role is central to helping our technology licensees and customers, including both install base and grassroots projects, optimize their operations and maximize their asset performance. They will report to the Global Director of Technical Services and be supported by the Technical services leadership, PSL teams and Sales to build the pipeline of opportunities, manage customer accounts, and oversee the delivery of all technical services work.
Position
Description The Technical Services Manager will support our customers to drive measurable improvements in production, reliability, asset integrity, emissions, and operating costs, while actively building a pipeline of opportunities and supporting business development efforts for each of the Technology PSLs. The role requires the ability to travel to customer sites and other KBR offices as needed. Responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement & Strategic Planning Partner with customers to understand operational goals and long-term investment strategies. Support operations / capital expenditure planning by identifying performance gaps and recommending targeted solutions in conjunction with our technical experts. Support Sales to establish Technical Service Agreements that ensure the appropriate level and range of support is available. Ensure existing agreements are tracked, renewed and maximize revenue producing potential from each agreement. Performance Optimization & Value Delivery Develop and establish tailored support models and programs that deliver sustained levels of performance and measurable improvements by pulling together the range of capabilities and solutions available within KBR. Monitor client program KPIs and proactively support them to address risks to operational efficiency and reliability. Facilitate workshops bringing together client and KBR SMEs to develop performance improvement and optimization plans Opportunity Development & Business Growth Collaborate with Sales, Technology PSL, Project Management and Engineering teams to identify, qualify, and acquire new opportunities within existing accounts and grassroots projects. Contribute to the business development strategy by aligning customer needs with KBR’s service offerings. Act as the key interface between Technical Services and Critical Minerals Sub-PSL.
