JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Consultant will lead defined workstreams under guidance across supply chain advisory and category management engagements. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data, developing recommendations, building client-ready storyboards, and supporting project execution with strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Client Delivery & Advisory Foundational to intermediate level understanding of key supply chain and procurement concepts Understand client's supply chain and procurement related problems and prepare recommendations Lead supply chain advisory or category management programs under guidance Leverage existing Jabil supply chain expertise to deliver strategic work Lead strategy development for organizations or categories Analyze & cleanse complex data sets and provide meaningful insights Data Analysis, Storytelling & Technology Independently perform analysis of complex data sets on MS-Excel Create story board and present to mid-level client stakeholders Leverage different supply chain technologies to deliver assignments Prepare analytic dashboards using tools like Power BI Perform market research to identify trends, benchmarks & best practices in the supply chain industry Develop project plans using MS Project or Excel. Use CPM to highlight risks Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Perform various analysis like SWOT, PESTLE, etc and six sigma methodologies during the course of the program Build relationships with junior to mid-level client stakeholders Adhere to project timelines as agreed with the leadership High risk and issues to manager in case of deviation from project plan Job Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements: Category Requirements Education Bachelor's degree (Required) Master's degree (Preferred) Specialization in Supply Chain (Preferred) Experience 3-5 year(s) in Supply Chain and/or Procurement Or a combination of experience and education Technical Skills / Technology Exposure MS Office MS Project (good to have) Power BI (good to have) Knowledge & Attributes Foundational to intermediate level understanding of key supply chain and procurement concepts Possess strong communication skills Solve problems with logical decision making Attention to details Understand & articulate business language Exhibits desire to learn and grow Always display strong ethics Ability to adapt to changes Core Competencies and Skills Work in a cross-cultural team environment effectively Possess strong communication skills Solve problems with logical decision making Ability to pro-actively seek guidance when required Attention to details Understand & articulate business language Exhibits desire to learn and grow Always display strong ethics Ability to adapt to changes Contribute to firm building activities outside of day-to-day work as and when required Additional Job Description Work from Mumbai office required.
