Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment. Team lead experience is mandatory Should have managed 5-6 Sales Managers)  Experience: 10 to 15 years’ experience The position requires candidates to have hands-on experience with Loan Against Property (LAP) and to act as a team leader managing 5-6 Sales Managers. The advisor is responsible for acquiring new business from the open market and maintaining a strong network of at least 10 Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for regular file discussions. Managing existing DSAsand empaneling new ones is also a key responsibility Your skills and experience In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy Having Good Communication skill Having good negotiation skill  Have and understood the market update and knowledge.
