The Position
RTX is searching for a strategic, tech ‑ savvy leader to help shape the future of our digital and AI ecosystem. As a Senior Manager on our ES Product Strategy team, you will identify , develop, and scale strategic partnerships with modern technology companies including AI/LLM innovators, hyperscalers , frontier labs, and other emerging tech players. Your work will directly enhance RTX's competitive advantage across the Aerospace & Defense industry.

A systems thinker who can distill complex technologies into strategic insights Curious, analytical, and comfortable navigating both business and technical conversations Skilled at evaluating industry dynamics and identifying true differentiation versus hype A listener and relationship builder who can engage partners, influence stakeholders, and articulate compelling strategies What You Will Do: Identify and evaluate modern technology partners (AI, LLM, hyperscalers , deep ‑ tech platforms, frontier labs) that can strengthen RTX’s enterprise capabilities Analyze competitive trends across the Aerospace & Defense landscape to understand how strategic partnerships drive industry advantage—and where RTX can lead Engage new and existing partners to explore emerging technologies and shape collaboration opportunities aligned to RTX’s priorities Build strong relationships across the tech ecosystem to expand RTX’s access to innovation Translate business objectives and technical requirements from internal stakeholders into actionable partnership strategies Produce clear, concise briefings, partner evaluations, and strategic roadmaps that influence senior leaders and executive sponsors Facilitate cross ‑ functional collaboration across Enterprise Services and RTX business units by providing continuous market insight Support leaders in defining differentiated value propositions and future capabilities for RTX customers Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience Proficient in analysis, executive-level storytelling, presentation, positioning, and messaging development. Skilled in crafting clear strategy documents and translating strategies into actionable roadmaps and plans. Experienced in driving alignment across senior leadership and managing diverse stakeholders effectively. Knowledgeable in AI/emerging tech strategies with a focus on quantifying and prioritizing customer value and impact.
