Agency: PHd Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Media Operations Job Description: Responsibilities - Manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients - Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management - Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality - Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters - Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike - Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance - 4-6 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus - Prior client management experience required - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders - Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proactive and detail oriented - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel - Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications - The ideal candidate will possess client management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills 

 $50,000 - $95,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
