As a Senior Account Credit Manager for JD Financial Worldwide Headquarters located in Johnston , IA , you will be:
Performing detailed credit underwriting of large, complex customer relationships for installment, lease and revolving products to make or recommend a credit decision in accordance with internal policies. Spreading and consolidating of financial statements. Determining appropriate finance product and structure. Establishing internal guidance levels (IGLs). Recommending alternative financing structures, presenting credit recommendations to higher credit authority/credit committee, etc.

Production ag background Experience with the John Deere dealer network Strong demonstrated ability in financial statement analysis Familiarity with CreditLens Strong familiarity with the John Deere Financial Risk Rating system and guidance Knowledge of various John Deere Financial systems, accounting principles and familiarity with agile methodology Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales, collections, etc In depth knowledge of John Deere Financial product offerings Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs What Makes You Standout
Credit underwriting experience Demonstrated ability in financial statement analysis, including but not limited to, balance sheets, income statements/tax returns, statement of cash flow, etc Relationship building experience Account management experience Negotiating and conflict resolution skills Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or AgriBusiness or equivalent work experience
