In this role, you will: Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Prepare complex customized sales proposals, cost benefit analysis, and pricing scenarios Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Advanced experience supporting Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers. Experience with GPL sales support processes, onboarding, pricing, implementation, and portfolio management activities. Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or leading team initiatives. Experience working with commercial, corporate, or specialized industry client segments. Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Fulfillment Platform (WICE), Relationship Pricer, and GPL sales support tools Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset Job Expectations: This position will require up to 15% of travel This position offers a hybrid work schedule  This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
