As Lead Director, Enterprise Sports Sponsorships (Partnerships & Activation), you will play a central role in shaping how CVS Health engages priority client and stakeholder audiences through partnerships, hospitality, and experiences. In this role, you will partner closely on strategy development and take the lead in translating that strategy into high-impact, fully integrated programs and experiences. You will architect how partnerships and hospitality come together to create meaningful engagement—ensuring all activations are intentional, differentiated, and drive measurable relationship and business outcomes. You will also play a key role in shaping executive-level communications and narratives, bringing clarity to complex workstreams and ensuring leadership has a clear understanding of priorities, performance, and impact. You will bring a strong point of view on industry best practices, continuously raising the bar for how CVS Health activates partnerships and engages key audiences, while building and leveraging a strong internal network to extend the value of our partnerships across the enterprise. This is a remote or hybrid role depending on location and open to candidates based in the US only.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Activation & Program Architecture: Lead the development of integrated activation plans across partnerships, translating strategy into cohesive, high-impact programs spanning hospitality, events, and brand touchpoints. Signature Client Engagement Experiences: Design and deliver flagship, high-visibility experiences (e.g., marquee events, premium hospitality, or tentpole activations) that create differentiated engagement with priority clients, partners, and stakeholders. Stakeholder & Client Integration: Partner closely with commercial teams, account leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to define priority audiences, engagement strategies, and success criteria. Ensure programs are aligned to business priorities and support relationship development and growth. Partnership Development & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and support the negotiation of new partnership opportunities aligned to strategic priorities. Lead onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring seamless integration into the broader sponsorship portfolio. Hospitality as a Strategic Lever: Lead the planning and execution of hospitality experiences as intentional relationship-building tools—ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, personalized, and outcome-driven. Brand Experience & Storytelling: Develop bold, differentiated experiences that bring the CVS Health brand to life. Ensure activations are premium, memorable, and reinforce our market leadership with external audiences. Executive Communications & Strategic Narrative Development: Develop clear, concise, and compelling executive-level communications that synthesize complex inputs into strategic priorities, program updates, and performance insights. Measurement & Business Impact: Define and track KPIs that link activation efforts to outcomes such as
