You will be responsible for performing inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Job Responsibilities** * Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established procedures and specifications. * Utilize various measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical comparators to verify product dimensions and characteristics. * Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective actions as necessary. * Conduct first article inspections and provide feedback to production teams on quality issues. * Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, quality logs, and defect reports. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve quality discrepancies and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. * Participate in internal and external audits as required. Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or medical device manufacturing. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., AQL, SPC). * Experience with various inspection tools and measurement equipment. * Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. * Ability to identify and document defects accurately. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
