Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100.00 – $223,500.00 for Chicago, IL and $124,200 - $207,000 for a remote position. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. The Senior Product Manager for Grainger.com is responsible for advancing the end-to-end customer experience, partnering with product managers across search, cart and checkout, and account management to evaluate journey effectiveness and identify opportunities to create more connected and valuable digital experiences for customers.
