COUNTROOM SUPERVISOR

Responsible for assuring the efficient and smooth operation of the count room in accordance with gaming regulations and accounting procedures. Promote Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Responsible for efficient overall operation of the count room and staff. Assure that count room procedures are followed in compliance with gaming regulations. Completion of financial reports, paper work, and security of information within. Assure compliance of internal controls and SOPs for all accounting and cash handling. Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment. Delegate duties and assign responsibilities as needed. Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates for above departments. Review count room activities with the Cage/Count Manager Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
