Standard Job Description 
 This is an expatriate position in Emmen, Switzerland as the Site Lead for the build team and support functions responsible for the Swiss FACO F-35 Production Line. -  focused on supporting the technical issues that will arise from RUAG’s production operations.

The Site Lead responsibilities: • Oversee the in-country technical assistance team & rotational assist (TDY) team to support RUAG in the stand-up & execution for planning, assembly, test, ground operations and flight operations for 3 production aircraft. • As a fixed duration contract, it is expected that this is a 4 year assignment to ensure continuity across build and completion of the 3 aircraft.  • Develop and support standing meeting tempo between Lockheed Martin Technical Assistance Team (TAT) / Co-producer and TAT / FWT team (e.g. periodic stand up, production status, teleconferences) • Support scheduled program reviews (e.g. EMR, MRL/MRA, PRR, PMR, EPMR, QMR) either by chairing program reviews or assisting in the development of presentation materials • Ensure that the program’s contractual cost, schedule and quality performance are in accordance with the terms of the Standup and Production contracts.  • Be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. • Drive accountability to Co-producer for staffing requirements & other constraint management processes required to meet cost/schedule targets of the program. • Must exhibit FSL behaviors and deploy accountability and continuous improvement mindset throughout the lifecycle of Project Rigi. • Coordinate closely with Leonardo and the Technical Assistance team in Cameri, Italy for technical interchange. • Ability to relocate to Switzerland and obtain the relevant visas and work permits • Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice  **Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have an Interim Secret Clearance to start, with the ability to obtain higher level clearances as needed. ** Manages activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
