Digital Transformation Manager, Google for Education (English, Portuguese)

As a Digital Transformation Manager on the Google for Education team in Brazil, your mission is to guide and orchestrate the comprehensive digital transformation journey for educational systems, specially within our most strategic accounts. You will leverage a suite of Google for Education solutions, including Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and Gemini, to empower institutions to greatly improve their learning environments. While you may be based in one of our offices in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte, you will support key digital transformation initiatives across Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple, interconnected transformation projects from inception to successful adoption. This entails ensuring these initiatives align with strategic educational goals, are executed efficiently, and maximize resource utilization. Your success in this role is measured by the effective adoption and tangible benefits realized by our educational customers through Google for Education solutions. To achieve this, you will collaborate closely with internal Google for Education local and global teams (Sales, Impact, ESE, Marketing, Channels, Product and Programs), our network of Google for Education Advocates and Professional Development Partners who provide crucial deployment and training support, and key educational stakeholders (including administrators, IT staff, and teachers/professors) within the country. Your goal is to drive digital transformation for these institutions and their networks at scale. By ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes, you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction. As a Digital Transformation Manager on the Google for Education team in Brazil, your mission is to guide and orchestrate the comprehensive digital transformation journey for educational systems, specially within our most strategic accounts. You will leverage a suite of Google for Education solutions, including Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and Gemini, to empower institutions to greatly improve their learning environments.

Develop holistic digital transformation roadmaps, outlining scope, strategic objectives, key deliverables, adoption timelines, and success metrics for Google for Education implementations. Understand the unique needs, regulatory frameworks, and educational contexts of priority projects to tailor transformation strategies. Conduct regular virtual and in-person engagements with customers. Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials, educational leadership, IT staff, teachers, state/municipal education officials, Google Partners/Partner Domains (PD) Partners, and internal local/global teams to ensure alignment and buy-in. Lead the day-to-day execution of programs, monitoring progress, managing scope evolution, and proactively mitigating risks or roadblocks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Design and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions (supporting or supplementing PD partners), lead webinars and present at local conferences.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role. Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience in project or program management, consulting, client-facing role or equivalent practical experience. Experience working with the educational segment. Experience developing and executing business and adoption strategies based on market and engagement analysis.
