Summary
Graphic Designer | Full Time We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team and help us produce great design work across the business. This is a role for someone who takes craft seriously, moves with intention, and wants their work to matter beyond the brief. This role is available to candidates in Dublin, Ireland.
Who you are
We're looking for a bilingual Graphic Designer (English/Spanish) who brings equal parts systematic thinking and intuitive making, someone who can hold a brand standard and push the work forward. This is a production-forward role with real conceptual scope: you'll take ownership from brief through final delivery, and your work will show up across Clio's global brand, campaigns, and a growing portfolio of sub-brands. The ideal candidate sweats the craft details, thrives in a fast-moving in-house environment, and brings consistency and ambition to every surface, regardless of project size. You're comfortable working on design assets and layouts in Spanish, even though our day-to-day business is conducted in English. What you’ll work on: Concept and execute graphic design across channels: advertising, social, case studies, presentations, digital & print, experiential, and more. Take projects from brief through final QA, owning the full arc, not just the handoff. Help maintain and apply Clio's visual brand consistently across deliverables. Assist in producing visual identity elements for Clio sub-brands, under senior design direction. Support a wide range of communication and campaign needs across marketing, demand gen, and events. Collaborate with creative team leads and stakeholders, learning to manage feedback and deliver on-brand work. What you may have: 3–5 years of graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house environment A portfolio that demonstrates range: applying brand systems, campaign work, and multi-channel execution High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Comfort with AI design tools (Midjourney, Krea, or similar) as part of your creative process An eye for visual storytelling and an ability to interpret a brief and translate it into design concepts. Excellent communication and prioritization skills; you can manage multiple workstreams without losing quality The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment without cutting corners on craft Serious bonus points if you have: Experience working within brand design systems at scale Background in SaaS, legal tech, or another complex, regulated industry Hands on experience with presentation design (Keynote, Google Slides) for executive speakers and event materials An eye for typography beyond the defaults — you have opinions about type Comfort picking up new tasks and challenges and adapting quickly If this is you, send us your portfolio and resume. What you will find here: Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture. Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include: Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits and dental coverage Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week. Flexible time off policy Pension contribution Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years The expected salary range for this role is €43,800 to €59,200 EUR. Initial placement within the range is informed by
