AI Techno-Functional Program Manager

Take responsibility for the complete delivery of enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI projects from concept to production. Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution roadmaps and technical execution plans. Collaborate with various groups including Product, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, UX, Security, and Business. Manage hybrid Agile delivery using experimentation, Kanban, and Sprint-based execution. Drive AI governance, Responsible AI reviews, model evaluation, release readiness, and compliance. Coordinate LLM, RAG, vector search, engineering, AI agents, copilots, and knowledge-base releases. Monitor AI benchmarks including accuracy, latency, hallucination rate, token cost, adoption, and business value. Build executive dashboards covering program health, AI performance, risks, return on investment, and adoption. Manage AI risks related to model behavior, data quality, privacy, security, compliance, and scalability. Lead organizational change management and AI adoption initiatives. What you need to succeed 12+ years of Technical Program Management in a fast-paced delivery and execution environment Demonstrated success in deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in a live environment. Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, engineering, AI evaluation, MLOps/LLMOps. Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Workfront, or equivalent tools. Expert knowledge in areas of AI Strategy, Enterprise Program Management, Techno-Functional Consulting, AI Governance, Business Process Transformation, Client Management, Risk Management Preferred skills/certifications: PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or Agile certifications, Cloud AI certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Experience with AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI, Experience leading enterprise AI transformation and business process modernization About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
