Ensure team processes, documentation, and controls comply with applicable company, quality, audit, regulatory, product stewardship, and business requirements. Maintain current procedures, desk documentation, cross-training plans, backup coverage, shift or desk handoffs, and manual workarounds for system disruptions. Lead operational readiness, testing, training, adoption, stabilization, and post-implementation follow-up for process, automation, and technology changes.
