Toll Brothers , America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal– Community Associations to join our team at our Corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity? Join the Legal Department of a Fortune 500 company as a Paralegal. This role reports to Community Association Group leadership within the Legal Department and works closely with division-based Community Planning teams, organizing, reviewing, and drafting the legal documents that support community association transitions, governance, and litigation matters.

The role combines transactional and litigation-adjacent work, from drafting governing documents and easement agreements to gathering information for pre-litigation and litigation cases, giving a paralegal broad exposure across the community association lifecycle.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Assist with community association transition negotiations, including reviewing reports and other data and preparing legal documents such as releases, tolling agreements, reports, and correspondence Prepare resolutions, rules, regulations, deeds of dedication, easement agreements, and other governing documents Field general questions regarding community association documents from operations, the Legal Department, and other departments Assist in developing community association governing documents, including ongoing amendments as necessary Review community association documents during the due diligence period for acquisitions to help mitigate risk Assist in gathering community association information for pre-litigation and litigation cases Obtain employer identification numbers for community associations as needed Submit annual reports to regulatory agencies as necessary Manage the entry of community association data into corporate databases All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?

Essential

5+ years of Paralegal or similar experience Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Thomson Reuters Tracker, SharePoint, NetDocuments or other document management system, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and AI tools Real estate, construction, and/or community association
