Job Description
Summary Report complex data from multiple sources. Maintain accuracy and integrity of supporting database information.
What you will be doing
Research, compiles, analyzes, and reports various operational data from multiple sources including unit production, productivity and/or quality statistics. Meets with report users, determines report requirements, understands where data is located and designs processes to retrieve data. Creates queries and reports through use of reporting tools to create efficiencies within the department. Extracts information from databases in a variety of different formats such as DBIV, csv, txt, .xls, XML, FW, SAS, .RTF etc. Converts and stores data from sources into back-end databases such as SQL and Access. What you bring: Minimum 5-year experience required in Advanced Excel skill and VBA is required with professional level profeciency. Working closely with the team to identify process needs and opportunities for improving controls in processes. Candidate will be responsible for review of multiple processes and will also be responsible for creating and maintaining process level documents like SOP. Candidate will be responsible to raise any process related issues on time and work with relevant team to get it resolved.
